Can an admin please help me. I am desperate. I tried to login to my account and it wouldn't work. I tried changing my password several times, to no avail. I tried logging in through Facebook, everything. But i cannot login even though i know i used the correct password. My birthday is 21st,04,1994. I am the owner of the account and i can prove it. Can someone please help me, as i just bought cyberpunk and would like to play it already. I am super upset as i could login just fine before and i made this dummy account to see if it was something on your part and it wasn't. Please for the love of god, can an admin please help me. I have contacted support but i can't get an answer. I understand you are all busy, but my fix is easy. I think my account was hacked and i can secure it if someone were to please help!
My support ticket numbers are:#942875 #937597

hi admin if you are seeing this alot of folks like us need help urgently.

please help before it's too late!
Please help us Obi Admin Kenobi, you are our only hope.
Just a little help for the future: use a key database system like Keepass or Lastpass.
Make an acc there for a site you want to register save the credentials and then copy from there to register an account. This way you won't misspell your name/email or pw, and it is already saved.
I always do this and I haven't lost one account since.

It would be nice to know if it was indeed hacked, and how.

I thought by default GOG accounts have two-factor authentication enabled, so in order to hijack your account, the hacker should have hacked your email account as well (in order to change your password or even your email address to something else)?

Unless this is somehow related to how the Galaxy client works and it has security issues of its own...

Of course I don't know if GOG has removed or disabled your account, for instance because the game you tried to redeem was bought from some illegit key seller store etc.... So, where did you buy your Cyberpunk from (was it a code from GOG.com or some other source, or a PC retail package of them game, etc.), and did you manage to redeem the code already, before your account became unreachable?

EDIT: I am not an admin, I am just a concerned citizen and an active bicyclist.

I bought it from g2a, but it let me redeem the code just fine and install the game. Yes, i first found out that i couldn't login from gog galaxy. I know, but i wasn't sent any password resets unless i tried it myself. Now it doesn't even let me try to change the password it just says"user not found". They might have changed the a-mail tied to it.

Well, the only thing you can do really is to contact support and wait.
No, I don't think that someone hacked your account. To me this sounds more as if a) your account was locked or b) a technical problem, because I don't think that GOG would instantly delete a account if a stolen code was used.

G2A is not a legitimate key seller so the code you used may have been stolen or purchased using a stolen credit card.

Well if it was stolen i can contact g2a for my money back and buy it on GOG. IDC i just want my account back. Usually g2a is legit though, g2a doesn't put up with stolen crap. The seller was rated highly so i wouldn't have bought it if i knew it was stolen.

G2A is not 'legit' While you may get lucky and buy keys there that work fine, you'll eventually get burned. And G2A knows what's going on. When the Witcher 3 released, there were a ton of keys revoked by GOG that were purchased on G2A. The keys were originally bought with stolen credit cards. In the future, if you're buying a GOG key, make sure you buy it from here directly.

You may have better luck with your issue if you toss a Chat message to one of the blues on here (SmollestLight, or someone like that). They may be able to escalate your support ticket. Good luck.

Try deleting all cookies related to GOG website in your browser's cache before logging in.
Otherwise try logging in using che Galaxy client.

However, as others have already pointed out, your issue is probably related to the game you bought from G2A, which is not an authorized reseller of GOG games.
