I used to play this game in early 90's on my Atari ST The main character was some kind of monkey: gorilla, orangutan or maybe australopithecus or another prehuman form. It was a platform game, we could attack using our belly. At the ice age level we were fighting with the giant mammoth.

The most characteristic point I can remember was a "cheat" that after pressing a spacebar it transformed your monkey into a monkey-ghost who could fly the whole map.
