Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition have no its own sub-forum, so I post the question here.

I pre-ordered the game, and want to get the redeem key for Classic Edition.
All I got now is only a fake Classic Edition included in e the Enhanced Edition (See screenshot).

Do you already own the original?
It ought to be listed with the extras as a separate download. It's not part of the main installer.

What does it matter? He should get the key for the original anyway, he's paying the same amount as people who don't own the original. If anything, he should get a discount since he already has the game and P:T EE is worse than original with mods.

I love it when people make assumptions with no real basis in reality. Why should the op get a key for the original if they aren't buying the original game? You don't get a free copy unless you didn't own it before. The owners of the rights for the original game pulled it in favor of the EE. Also, assuming the EE is worse than the original is a stretch as well. When the EE was announced, many people (without playing it, because it was as yet unreleased) started complaining that is was an inferior version with zero evidence to back it up. I have both, and I use the WEDU mods for the IE games, and my personal experience is that the EE are as good. Your opinion in this matter is unnecessary. You are not entitled to something you did not purchase.

This game does not offer the original in the form of a serial key like BG did. And people who own the original got a 30% discount for almost 2 weeks to buy the EE. I doubt you own or have played PT EE.

Thanks to @Vovchigus, below is he/she get from GOG Support:

Hello,
unfortunately the original version of Planescape: Torment is not provided as a gift code; it is directly added to your account after purchasing it. If you already own the original version, you don't receive an extra version of the game. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Hello,
please keep in mind that there was no information anywhere that stated the original game would be provided as an additional gift code. I can understand that you are unhappy with this, but we never stated anywhere that you would receive a gift code for the original version of the game. I apologize for the inconvenience.

That's a bummer.
So we can safely assume that Beamdog got extra greedy this time.
They didn't just pull the original from store but also introduced a fake "Original".
I was lucky to get it in time.

It wasn't Beamdog, apparently, they don't own the original. They only licensed it. It was either GOG or Hasbro.

Either they should have unbundle it or that discount should have continued for a little longer period.

As far as I've understood, it's not a "fake original" but the original original ;-) for download in your GOG library.
The only difference is, that if you already own the original, you won't get another gift code since the game is automatically added when purchasing EE.
