Lesser: The google list is interesting but very misleading. I'm pretty sure it varies with accounts who have already several games that are in the prize pool. Also, fresh added games influence it, too.
It may be a vague first impression but far from representive data. "odds" is definately the wrong term.
Thank you for your input. Do you have any suggestions to improve it?
I realize it can be misleading and is entirely insufficient at representing current and actual odds. For example, in the early stages of the event there seemed to be a bug in the system that weighted certain games more heavily than others such that some titles had 3 or 4 hits while others had 20 plus. It seems they've since rectified this problem when they made changes as now it seems every title has (fairly) equal chances to be picked (based on my observations and inputting the data). However, since this current list reflects everything that has been reported in this thread to date then it appears that some titles are still weighted heavily when in fact they may not be. Further, I'm only recording data as it is reported in this thread by buyers - anything more than that is beyond the scope of this project, and my efforts. It is what it is. All that being said, it still is useful and informative in drawing certain conclusions - moreso than not having the list - though there obviously will be some shortcomings and errors no matter what. Unless of course GOG itself reported all purchases and games obtained through pinatas.
