Been trying to buy games from the gog store but it's not working. Keep getting this massage:
SOMETHING WENT WRONG
user, YOUR PAYMENT'S STATUS COULD NOT BE VERIFIED DUE TO TEMPORARY TECHNICAL ISSUES.

I used my Revolut card to pay and also my bank card but still nothing. I thought that i tried too many times so I asked a friend to buy it for me with his card and he got the same issue.

I made a ticket in the support section but they told ,e it can take 4 weeks because of record high ticket volumes.

Is this a issue happening only for me ?

No, other users are reporting similar issues.
I had a similar problem that was solved on the same day that i submitted the support ticket.

Not only you, many others also. I've put in a ticket also. I'm surprised GOG is not making any kind of statement on this at all, given there are already several posts.

Nope, I am having the same issue as well....i'd send in a support ticket to GOG via the support system.

Also once you send it in they will send you an email that asks if you want to keep going with the support ticket...make sure to reply to that email and tell them that you want them to keep the ticket open and fix the problem for you.

Try again after few hours pass. There is a good chance for the issue to not re-appear. But just to make sure, open a ticket and wait patiently for a GOG representative to contact you. I was waiting since Spring Sales and only now, one managed to get back at me. Said they tampered with a few options or something (on their end) and that this issue should not appear ever again. I higly suggest you do the same.

A long time ago, i missed the sale and its discounts, because of a very similar error, but with different wording. The representative gave me help on the matter, but it was inconveniencing for GOG (cannot reveal the details).

If you wait patiently, they can take care of it for you. All others would do well to do the same.
