Anyone here play the new Team Fortress 2? The Halloween update just came out and added a new mode and more unlockables.


It'd be dandy if there's another 3 people willing to tackle the hard mode brawl together

i think it looks great for its "unblizzard"ness because most blizzard output is drab boring grim dark schlub
having said that overwatch doesnt interest me because its an fps

were it something else i might be kinda interested
but at least blizzard is diversifying and not stuck as a one trick pony ( much like bioware )

As soon as something gets remotely popular its rule 34 "bait" material. Its in the very nature of rule 34.

Otherwise nope, not interested in that. And 3rd person open world singleplayer game without online DRM set in the Overwatch universe with its art style might be something I'd consider.

Throwing everyone playing Overwatch into the "creepy porn fans" category is ridiculous of course. But it is a fact, that the game seems to have attracted such... peculiar audience in numbers greater than normal, even before it was released. Must be something about the art style and/or characters.

It all reminds me of Spoony's "review" of Final Fantasy VII.

Of course it is ridiculus. I only watched Overwatch porn by now but never had played a second of it. I'm not sure how I should feel by beeing thrown into the same pot with potential self proclamied (and even actual) e-sport FPS players. These guys are really weird!

The result was a similar "Online FPS? Begone foul demon!". In three pages maybe 4 people said they play it.

I can't play with you. Different regions and all, ping too high. But I know some of those people were european, if they don't show up over here maybe you can call them up directly on chat and see if they're up for it.

I only got it recently so i'm still testing everything out a bit, but i'll probably end up with Mercy because of how similar she is to TF2's medic. I also like the tanks Reinhart, D.Va and Roadhog a lot so far.

Figures there's a thread about this already, but since it didn't pop up for the new update I just made a new one. Doesn't really surprise me there's not a lot of people playing on here, but 4 is a bit depressing.

Spent my enthusiasm for such MOBA-like shooters on Dirty Bomb and kinda burnt out on it after 500 hours. Can't be bothered to get into another even if I could buy from Blizzard where I live. Many similar games out now as well. Paladins comes to mind. Also kinda worn out on the rng cases shtick. So now I play Insurgency.

Gosh, darn it! Now I can't play Half Life, Left for Dead, Portal, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout, Metroid, Zelda, Starcraft, Warcraft, Batman, Bioshock, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, etc. anymore.

I am sorry I despise this game for how blatent it is. The game is the definition of market research and focus groups. its made for grown up people at the age of 20+ that eats up Modern Disney movies like Frozen and Zootopia and for internet meme-ers. People that likes childish looking cartoony art-styles un-ironically, people that collects toy statues on thier shelfs and cover their walls with so much posters of it. And the Rule 34 people.

Its BLATENT to who this game was made for its not even Subtle.
