Hello,
I have recently bought The Witcher 3 GOTY as a gift to a friend of mine for his birthday but I made a mistake and didn't click on the gifting option and it ended up getting it in my own account (stupid mistake I know). Is it possible to turn it into a gift code so I can send it to him? I still didn't download it or even touched it at this point but please, he has been waiting so long to play this amazing game and I wanted to surprise him with it.

I have already contacted support but no answer as of yet.

Support is a bit slow these days, but they'll change your purchase in a gift code for sure.
I mistakenly did the same thing once, and they converted the code quickly enough; since today is Sunday, you should expect an answer tomorrow. :)

Wait until the weekday, it seems like an easy fix.
Also make sure to reply to an e-mail if it asks you to. Sometimes I see posts about bad GOG service, when it was just that the User didn't reply correctly. Especially with refunds.

Also: don't send more than one ticket. If you do, you'll be bumped back in the priority line.
I'm pretty sure tomorrow they'll fix your problem.
