I hate to see a gift gone without any thanks. It's only 6 letters after all, it take only few seconds to type.

Or maybe they can use the 3 letter version if they are in a real hurry. The short form of words always amuses me like how congratulations was shortened as congrats but now we also see just gratz. It is all the texting that is ruining the language skills of the younger generation. Also +rep for your generosity ofcourse with the game drops here and in the neglected ninja 2.0. :)

When I see things like FTFY (Fixed that for You) or FWIW (For What is Worth), I start feeling old.

Oh yeah that one as well, nowadays though it seems complete conversations are just being carried out using Acronyms with some of them having a dozen different interpretations based on the scenario like FTW for example. :S

Oh, wow. That's so bizarre I'm not touching this with an eleven-foot pole. FTW will always mean For the Win to me and nothing else.
