Dessimu It's very funny and slightly twisted. Probabby one of my favorite latter 90's RTSs along with WarCraft II if that helps.

It's fairly unique as an RTS, really. Hard to describe unless you've tried it. The only games in that particular sub-sector of RTS really are the Dungeon Keepers and Evil Genius - and the Dungeon Keeper's are the better of the two series.

Try some youtube videos to get an impression if all else fails? I'd recommend it.
