First things first - if you want a good reply, please do not post in threads that have nothing to do with your question. Either look for a germane thread, or start one on topic. This thread has nothing to do with a return policy for games, so your question will reasonably be ignored.
Second, the return policy is that you may return games within 30 days of purchase IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THEM. If you have downloaded them, you may return them within 30 days of purchase if they do not work on your system; you will have to work with support to make sure that your issue can't be resolved first. If you have questions, contact support. Keep in mind that this is a Sunday, and in general the support staff is located in Poland keeping regularish business hours.
