BanditKeith2: if its not showing in galaxy but is showing up in your main gog browser library I found the trick of closing gog galaxy. then clearing your pc cache and reopening gog galaxy to fix the problem..works like 99 percent of the time the other 1 percent if that doesn't work is wait anywhere from afew hours to a day and the game/games will appear

derGott-EiK: no... please dont assume.
i posted the ticket number for them, in the hope they see it and react quicker.
i know how to clean storage folders and reload libraries, that all is not the issue. i guess thanks for the try to help.

but gog needs to fucking move.
I think I figured out the problem. You are probably looking at the German version of the store website. Here the game is still incorrectly listed. Remothered: Broken Porcelain was removed from this bundle. The English version of the store website got updated. The reason is that the game developer is now self-publishing the game.

that might be. but that also means its still false advertisement and not the customers problem. especially they could have reacted quicker and there is no way i am the only one that is and was redirected the german site.

Syphon72: I wonder if it's a bundle issue. Try DM a blue about it. GOG support is freaking weird because, at times, they can be good, and other times like, wtf fuck are they doing. I never had an issue, but some users like BreOl72 had to wait a long time for support. Their support is not consistent, 5 days is average wait time usual.

Like said before they don't work weekends so if you put ticket in on Friday you will be waiting longer.

derGott-EiK: dm a blue means...?
You will staff on forums that are Highlighted in Blue. Sometimes DM them helps move things along.

It's not false advertisement. Lol. Just mistakes on customer side or GOG. I never been redirect to different site using GOG for many years.

no, its absolute not mistakes on customers side. absolutely not, cause i dont go specifically to this or that sub directory or different languages subwebsites i dont know in the first place. that is definitly nonsense.
its not my duty to correct the content of deals.
its then false advertisement, when its listed as content of a product but its not included.

gog needs to do better. i am glad that tom85 pointed out that there is obviously a problem, but its not the customer who creates the problem, cause i cant edit productpages...

Support no longer exists. I have received no help with purchases I have made before certain games were delisted and certain games being removed from my library after the delistings.
avatar
derGott-EiK: that is 0 helpfull.
i got the same reply on the initial other order.
i hate copy&paste "help", cause it shows they do not read the problem described but only like the first quarter and make silly assumptions.
especially after told them "i see this and that already in the BROWSER LIBRARY but not in the gog galaxy" and this is to reload the browser library...
gog supports need to fucking upgrade their support. they can be only so long relevant. my sympathy for drm free stuff can go only so far...
Wow, that's pretty rude. How about you calm down a little and don't attack those who genuinely try to help?
You didn't mention GOG Galaxy before that and we forum users can't look into your support ticket.

It's okay I understand why you freaking out but it's was mistake.

On the bright side you found issue on store page that will need to be update now. :)

Yep, I had this happen with my last purchase. I deleted my GOG Galaxy storage folder and my list of games got imported again from the server -- no dice. After a few hours, it just showed up on its own.

Ya I assume for me its my game collection size or maybe the fact when I buy anymore I often get several items at once so it takes the system awhile to properly process at times ..

Wait, what? Did GOG removed games from your library?
I was under the impression that, except keys from "shady" resselers, games are never removed from the library, can you expand a bit more?

I bought Spec Ops: The Line from GOG about a month before the delisting but it is gone from my library anyways. Same with JYDGE. Not from a key site, but directly from GOG.

Make a ticket for it. I still have Spec Ops and JYDGE in my account. Just check again. I have the feeling you are lying or not telling the whole truth.

Did you email GOG support with proof you bought the games?

That's kinda unheard of. As far as I understand, GOG will not activaly remove games unless there's a good reason for that.

try the steps provided by Ice_Mage and see if helps:
avatar
Ice_Mage: While logged in using a web browser, open the following links one at a time, each in a new tab.
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
https://gog.com/user/refresh

After both pages have loaded fully, open your library and press Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the page bypassing the cache.
https://www.gog.com/account
Otherwise, yeah, nag support once more. Keep in mind that since Cyberpunk launch the support takes forever to respond.

Yep, no response at all. Every so often I receive a feedback survey email asking how good support was when I received no help at all.

Did you receive an email indicating that a case was created? It seems that something is missing. Games don’t just get removed from your account without a reason. I have used Steam and GOG for years and have never had a game removed without a valid explanation. The game I lost was because I purchased it from a key seller who had used a stolen credit card.

I'm starting to believe your troll base off other thread you been in.
