Nice, thanks for the update.
Phew, that's another $ 500,000 coming in since the weekend. Impressive.
Not as impressive as one could have hoped from the explosive start.

It now seems they wont hit 2 million unless something comes up.
The pledging is all but dried up already.

There's still 27 days. So I'll think that they'll hit there.

Compare it with the chart for Double Fine and other projects. Looks like that's fairly standard development.
They will easily hit 2.4 milion, last days are always better than the middle days.

At least I still hold back till DRM issues are clear. I doub't I'm the only one. I saw several posts of ppl. either holding back or planning to back more if its clear.

Maybe just a minority which does not make a dent, but then again there are successful companys build around DRM free gaming ;)
Well, they are only starting the kickstarter. It seems to me that they didn't foresee that success at all and that they were not correctly prepared for this. Now they have to work quick on updates that maybe they thought they could work later on.

With updates, stretch goals and new tiers, they'll boost the kickstarter. Currently they are a little too quiet.
Hope they reach 2 mill which is not impossible so we can get player housing.

Didn't they like... introduce a "give us 2 million for Linux support" stretch goal on day 2 or something? That doesn't sound like "oh my, I don't think we'll make a lot of money with this" kind of thing to do at all.

Or they thought: "Hey dude, put Linux on two mill. We'll never reach that, so we don't have to work on it and it keeps the people from asking for it" ;-).

It would be rather surprising if they didn't consider the possibility of the project being popular after kickstarters like Wasteland 2, Shadowrun or Double Fine.

Don't be a debbie downer, all these things go in fits and stops. It will easily surpass 2 million.
