Lifthrasil: Well, friends. What do we do now? We still have quite some time to pass until the sun sets. What do y'all think we should do till nightfall? We should prepare for the night in some way to ensure that we survive, should the wolves return. Also, does anyone of you have the medical experience to have another look at the sad remains of little Julie before we bury her? To determine whether it actually was wolves that tore her apart - or perhaps something bigger. Or something else entirely. A weapon maybe? Perhaps there are some marks on the bones or whatever. I don't know exactly what to look for. Put perhaps some of you be more educated than me.
From a narrative perspective, I agree, it's a bit funny that it looks like a wolf attack and in response we...kill one of our own for some reason?
I was thinking maybe as our first order of business we could line everyone up and see who looks like they've put on weight recently, or maybe has some Julie stuck in their teeth. Anywho...
Trent and yogs are the only characters who are related to each other? Anyone else a brother/sister/aunt/uncle/secretlover of another player?
[RP something something]
I, Marie Thomson, don't have any medical training, but I could brew some tea and fry up some bacon for the wake. Perhaps one of the hunters or woodsmen might recognize signs of a wolf attack?
I could also chip in and write an elegiac poem. "There was a young woman from Oakwood"...hmmm, no, not quite right.
Apparently I'm very close to Wilma and her children (pl??) and should be comforting her, if, y'know, she were actually a player.
(I vote that JMich is Wilma!)
To quote one of my, Marie Thomson's, favorite poets:
One short sleep past, we wake eternally
And death shall be no more; Death, thou shalt die.
Through this great evil we can take comfort in knowing Julie, at least, rests peacefully with God now.
....
Also less peacefully in yogsloth's stomach.
