For the wussies who start crying in the ring.
I must say I am amazed this "cricketgate" now reached also Finnish mainstream media, considering the sport is pretty much unknown here (we play "pesäpallo" which is our national sport and somewhat like bastardized baseball):

So I guess it is big international cricket news when even our media reports it.
This reminds me that just two days ago I saw some old-fashioned English TV-series, probably some detective series but I am quite unsure which. In it they were watching two teams playing cricket, the pitcher goes change the ball and throws it, and when the "receiver" hits it with that flat bat, the ball blows up and the hitter blows up into pieces. I think someone had set the pitcher up by putting something explosive to the other ball, and I guess rest of the episode was about the (female?) detective trying find out what had happened. Or I don't remember if the detective was a man and the lady was a doctor or something, they were both watching the game.
Anyway, is cricket is that exciting, maybe I should watch it for shits and giggles. Lots of cheating, balls blowing up on your face etc.
EDIT: Ah yes, it was "Murdoch Mysteries", season 11 episode 11 "Biffers and Blockers", and apparently is is mainly Canadian production?
