GR00T: There's a difference though, between complaining about GOG not fixing the bloody forums, or constantly posting broken links in game announcements, or getting discounts wrong, etc. and what the OP is complaining about (no refund because you hate a game? Not going to happen. And missing the - as I noted before - 'unprecedented' refund that expired.)

Don't get me wrong, I think the ridiculing is just contributing to the bad vibes in the forum, but the OP's complaints are unfounded and unreasonable, and at the very least, he should be made aware of that, IMO.
I agree but the same old snipers and snakes will ridicule any chance they get and to be honest with you,they also should get a little ban.There is no valid reason for ridiculing someone whether they are right or wrong and should be ignored or helped.How hard is that to do? It appears that a lot can and a few can't and that is bias and completely unfair and why is a blind eye or blinkers worn by,and if I say who then I will be banned again.It's about time fairness came to this forum.

I presume people were ridiculing the vagueness of the complaint, rather than the act of complaining itself. That's why the first real message in the thread asked for more details (the message after Fairfox' obligatory "wuz taht gaa?" message that no one understands anyway, so it doesn't count).

As it is now, the OP was pretty much just "GOG SUXXX!"- Ok, to be more precise, "GOG CUSTOMER SERVICE SUXXX!". Well, what can I say? I've contacted GOG customer service a couple of times, and I wasn't "burned", overall I was quite happy with my experience. They even refunded a game they didn't have to refund, as I had accidentally bought a wrong game (edition) and even downloaded it already.

Funny how the guy completely fails to mention his REASON for wanting a No Mans Sky refund is that a THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM he uses for it is broken by the latest update.

That's one way to look at it but I don't think that is true,I mean have a look at the trolls.Your comment (Well, what can I say?) is a fair question but when they only come in here to ridicule,it's fairly obvious that they are trolling.What's wrong with ignore or help instead of trolling?

Why not? I've spent well more than the 2-hour limit on some titles, trying to find out if I like them or not. "So when is this game going to become fun? The reviews said I was supposed to love it, so maybe that comes later."
