Basic question: Do you know that games appear in her GOG library, NOT in her Steam library?

Did she buy it direct from GoG (i.e. through the website or the Galaxy thing?)

Has she checked her account on the website (the bit next to support where it has your username, on a bar at the top)?

Was she logged in to her account, or your account?

Has she checked her credit card statement to see if the transaction went through?

Has she replied to the automated email to ensure the ticket remains open?

Games bought direct from GoG are instantly added to the account that purchases them.
Yes she bought it through GOG on her account, yes the transaction went through, yes she replied to the automated email.
No the game did not get instantly added to her account.

It has been close to a week now since contacting GOG support, it's just unacceptabel.

Try and refresh your account.

Also don't use galaxy try and download the game from the website

But indeed it could be something related to gog and then only way is to contact support...Hopefully someone that knows a mod here can contact him and have a look here.

Did the account refresh suggested by Alexandros work?

Did she receive the e-mail receipt from GoG.com with the order confirmation on it?
The account refresh didn't worked, we did that multiple times. It also has been bought through the website,
not through Galaxy.
She never got a confirmation email, but money has been received by GOG.

It would be nice if a mod would read this and get in touch, because GOG support sure doesn't seem to care.
