I'll buy Imperium Galactica and Sine Mora if they come here.
Wow! Nordic, please, PLEASE bring Imperium Galactica 2 here! It is the best real-time (sort of) 4X game I've ever played.

Tarm: Well I thought that pulling the games from GOG was a rather extreme measure. Must have been really tough negotiations.

RWarehall: Nordic is a pretty big company and I think they have regional "box copy" distributors as well. In many cases, a company isn't doing this distribution themselves and subcontracts it out. I'd guess this created an obvious breach in some contract somewhere and Nordic was required to use their "due diligence" in resolving it. It may seem extreme, but pulling out was likely the safe legal thing to do until they could rework all that needed to be reworked. In some instances, they may have had to wait for a contract to be up for renegotiation.

Kinda like where some games have their rights questioned and get pulled until it's resolved.
That sounds messy. Hopefully it won't be something happening to GOG in the future. Makes me nervous if another bomb will go off unexpectedly.
Wow, a glimmer of hope for Imperium Galactica 2 on gog, and maybe Sine Mora too? This news just made my day.

Tarm: Yeah but I'm still a bit wary. GOG might trigger them again. Who knows...
I doubt it, but you never know.
That Imperium Galactica series looks pretty cool! 'Hope to see it on GOG someday!
Hm, maybe it`s time to dig out my Imperium Galactica 2 disc again, although I doubt that it will run on Win 7.
But it would be cool to see it on GoG and in a Version updated for modern OSes.
I just looked up this series, even though I don't play many old games. (Oldest game I enjoy is Aoe 1 and I haven't played that in a while.) This series looks interesting and I will certainly take a look if/when is arrives on GoG or steam.

Those titles of this list which are on Gamersgate are 85% off as part of Kalypso sale. From the press release I got the impression that Nordic instantly took over the control. Does anybody know what's up with that?

Catshade: Black Knight Sword XBL, PSN
Now it's up to this amazing publisher to do something about this helluvah game (after deBlob/Deadly Creatures and some more!)

I love this game. Hope it goes to pc and so on..

It will probably take a while till the publisher switch will officially occur as they are still under Kalypso's name on Steam.
That, or while Nordic might officially own the games, Kalypso will retain the publishing rights for a while.
