Does seem strange that they would go out of beta without that ability. Amazon also lacks that ability, except if you buy game keys, which can be copy/pasted.

Certainly, and I wonder if perhaps they didn't realise how popular gifting would be until they went live. They may have gotten inundated with requests for that feature and only then decided to add it.

One positive note for anyone wanting to gift Kilgazar today from ShinyLoot - it comes with a Desura key, so if you want to buy it for someone else, you can buy it and give them that, even though you can't transfer the ShinyLoot game to their library. So it's a way to gift that game at least. I bought a copy for myself but haven't tried buying a second yet, so I'm not sure how the second Desura key would appear in my library, though. So I can't recommend this as a foolproof solution. But in the situation where you already own Kilgazar from somewhere else, you could buy the ShinyLoot version and gift out the key at least.

I'd really appreciate the Killing Floor Bundle from Indie Gala Flashpoint or if any one has keys left for Real Warfare 2: Northern Crusades, King's Bounty: Warriors of the North and Space Wolves 3.
