Great news, I heard back from ShinyLoot about the Trainz titles just now:

I'm happy to report that there is no Byteshield DRM on any Trainz titles. They used to work with them some time ago but have since stopped and removed all Byteshield DRM from their software. Feel free to reach out to support anytime.

So it looks like they are clear and clean on there. I've just bought them. If I can figure out how to do gift purchases from ShinyLoot, I'll get them for you as well. I have asked support about how to gift.
