Just bought the Tides of Numeria Immortal edition and don't have access to Lords of Xulima, which was a bonus. Do I only get after the game is released?

You can not get the key in GOG Galaxy.
Use a normal web browser, login to GOG, go to https://www.gog.com/account
Find the game card, click MORE -> SERIAL KEYS
