Possible reasons: because they are in a bundle, or because it's not a "regular" sale, or because somehow this one ended up blocked by your e-mail filter.

Most probable reason though is this: because this is GOG.
I didn't receive a notification either, not that I care. Just information.

FECKING POS GOG!!!! I was typing a post in a different thread that was a little lengthy of a response, took a break for a minute and saw this and replied to this, and it ate that reply. *deep breaths* I think I need to go outside and get some fresh air.

Any mail server that sends thousands or tens of thousands emails in a flash will be in serious trouble. So the e-mails appear to be in batches, which does have the unfortunate effect of sometimes arriving too late. If the e-mail doesn't arrive in the next few hours, it may be worth it to send support a ticket.

My guess would be that the e-mail should arrive withing a day of the sale, but it should be sooner.

Ive yet to recieve any wishlist alerts as well- just checked and its enabled.
I didn't get one for NWN2, even though it's the only thing on my wishlist

EDIT: Have had a notification before, just not this time
