Can I fully decide/change my mind tomorrow about what game I would get if I win, only upon winning? Id rather not spend time and energy trying to decide what to ask for if I'm not getting anything anyway.
Also if I were to win, I'd be fine waiting till the game goes on sale, I am in no hurry. With BG3, I am not even sure how well it will run on Linux/whether a Linux version will come out.

Actually, I'm not in. Decided against it, but the advice stands...
My advice...
... treat every moment with your friends as if it is the last.
Learned a very hard lesson in this a few hours ago.

I want to participate.
The best unsolicited advice I’ve ever received is something my grandfather used to say, "Ask yourself, will this matter in five years?”
In short, if life give you lemon, ask yourself, will it become lemonade in five years???

I think you are all right about Cyberpunk. I'm sure it's a good game and I would definitely play it, but perhaps not right away. Well, at least not until devs fix most of the problems and bugs. I think I'll just wait and buy it later. Thank you all :)

Look, don't get me totally wrong, I'm not saying the game is absolutely dirt (I hope you took what I wrote as a joke), it's just that the game was supposed to be a deep branching story-driven RPG (it was marketed as such for 8 years) , and it got released too soon with lack of content and proper physics and balanced mechanics in a really broken state... The game is absolutely gorgeous and the best looking game now I believe, and it can be a fun ride, but the longer you play you do start to see the game misses a lot. Proper AI and police chases, and much higher draw distance f.ex. would go a very long way. The game does starts well, but you can clearly see they crunched to make it barely playable the last few months before releasing it, like using only scripted action scenes (noticeable in all the car chases) due to lacking AI.
So yes, wait a year or two then hopefully it becomes a much better game, like CDPR did with Witcher 3. :)

WinterSnowfall: Somewhere in the darkness, in shallow crevices between space-time, death, the great equalizer, grins. All the power and dominion of men is nothingness, a fickle thing, much like the men it seduces. To live is to realize that at some point you have to renounce all that you gain. Passing it on is an illusion, for our children are not bound to appreciate the same things we do - they have their own dreams. Constructs are not what we should leave behind for them, but a better world.
Death has failed in their duties of "equalizer" in all sorts of ways. Who do you think will fight as soldier in the rich elites wars of resources and power?
Poor person is more likely to live in a dangerous part of town and get much less protection.
Poor person might suffer from malnutrition, poor water quality/lack of water. obesity, and other health conditions due to where they work, where they live, what they do for work etc.
A rich elite can get the best food prepared for them, with cooks nutritionists and and time to get the exact best meal and exercise they need.
In a emergency a poor person may not get basic life saving needs addressed, and if they do, they may be in deep debt for the rest of their life and then some.
A rich elite on the other hand gets access to the latest and greatest life saving and boosting technologies.
If technology exists in the future to reduce the effects of aging, you can be assured the rich and powerful will get it first or even only.
And next generation of the poor will know poverty, the next generation of the rich will know more wealth, it is not absolutely assured but highly likely.
So precious death, you have failed in your duties as assigned by WinterSnowfall.

Well yes, all living things are one in a sense. We are born, we die, we wander in between.
Sorry to hear that. Yet loss is part of life - keep the memories and move on, it is the only way.
Sometimes it is enough if it matters in one, but essentially, yes, that is good advice. Time must be invested carefully, otherwise you will lose it.
You talk of life's problems and call death a failure. Why? You seek your answers in life and bury your worries in it, yet life itself is transitory. Cultures die, generations of people die, it's the way the world works - a great tragedy nobody mentions because it is the way of things.
Death does not care if you are poor or rich, died young in a war or old on a golden death bed, or even if you just came out of your mother's womb. It comes and reaps you when the time is right and takes you away into nothingness. You can beg, say: "No, I was a dictator, a great leader of men. Of millions." It will not care. All will get nothing and become nothing.
I say it is time, in general, its flow, not people. Conflicts among men only spike the number of the fallen, yet just time, in itself, in times of war or peace, is the real assassin.

As I said in the OP, only the winners need declare their choice publicly. Sorry to hear that. Yet loss is part of life - keep the memories and move on, it is the only way.

high rated
As we gathered round the fire, all with our drinks of choice (but no lemonade), the fates started dancing around us.
Among them were ghosts, apparitions, someone even mentioned seeing lady death caught in a dance with the spirits it was hauling away in the afterlife. Who knows? The fire burned brightly but the night was dark and full of shadows. I guess terrors too, but there's little that scares me these days.
At one point one of the fates stopped near me, the only one that could not be picked. It whispered in my ear: "I tire of these games. You will have to pick a winner instead." It then leapt to the heavens and was lost in the glow of the stars. The other two fates danced until they stopped and laid their hands on two people:
Number 12 - DiffuseReflection
Number 55 - Gerin
As for myself, as I wandered by I knew my choice could only be one. Across the many happenings in life there has been a single number staring at me across time and space, so all I could do was stare back. I picked:
Number 23 - BranjoHello
The feast and dance now ends, the fire is extinguished and dawn is upon us. The winners must publicly declare their pick and give me some time to get the right codes and send them their way.
I thank you all for your time spent 'round the fire. It is now OK to drink lemonade. Worry not, life has plenty of lemons for everyone...
Should you ever decide to hold a giveaway of your own, I will be there, with my own drink in hand.
Have a good life and above all else ponder on it. Cogito, ergo sum and all that.
