Nope, it's just as compatible as Windows 10. I didn't have to change a thing when upgrading from 8 to 10 and 10 to 11.
You should get a memory test tool anyway.
Windows has a integrated tool for that as well.
This article is about Windows 10, but there will be something similar in Windows 11

There are also tools that will occupy a region in the memory and read / write to it which you can run multiple times to test all of the memory.
Also try to go to your BIOS/UEFI and reduce memory speed. Set it to compatibility to start with.
On my X570 board I first had memory that would not work correctly in dual channel mode. Without that it had no problem.
