Normally when I purchase games from GOG, I get an email with a summary of my purchase. I just made a purchase - and it's been over an hour now - and not gotten the summary email. I've even checked spam and everything else (filters and what not) - and no such luck.

Was wondering if this was a new change? Or did something go wonky?
Something went wonky. I'd write support about the order and make sure your email address is correct on your settings page.

Email is definitely right - because it's worked in the past and I've not changed the account settings (since I signed in with the email address, pretty sure it's still all set the same).

EDIT: Not tooooo big of a deal, since the games I purchased ARE in my games Library - but I typically like to forward those emails to the wife so she knows I am spending money. ;)

Probably an error from gog. Never happened to me but you can always go into your order history then take a screenshot and forward it to your wife :)

I'd still recommend checking your settings for the email address since your account could be compromised. It's not entirely unheard of here. My email address was suddenly changed to a weird email one day despite me not changing it. This was about 2 years ago.

During big sales in the past, there have been occasions where e-mails were a bit more delayed than usual. If you made your purchase today, the e-mail should not take more than one day to arrive. If it still doesn't show up, contact GOG support. Meanwhile, till they respond, you can get a similar transaction summary by going to your order history (link below). Then, hover the mouse cursor over the transaction in question and a downwards arrow should show up. Click it, select "View Receipt" and you are good to go.

Thank you all! I hit up the support form (just in case) - and sure enough, immediately submitting that I got an email that a Support ticket had been opened! So the email is for sure right (and not blocked or anything weird)! It could be because there have been some great sales so the email summaries are backed up. (That's a good problem to have for GoG if that's the issue) :)

Pretty much what I did. After you submit your order, it gives you the order# and all of that - so I had copied and pasted that to her. :D

I am surprised she tolerates me, because I have about 40 games (not even kidding) that I've purchased (on GoG and for the XBOX One) that I've not gotten to... I have no right buying more games... except I use her excuse, "But... they were on sale!"
