to be fair, Morolf isnt wrong, twitter at moments can be incredibly toxic, but thats only if you follow certain cretins and their social circles.

In twitters defense, I use twitter and have met and talked with incredible people, like I got a chance to tweet to John Romero and he responded.

Social Media is what you make of it, if you use it be a toxic fuckdriver, then all you are going to see are other toxic fuckdrivers, if you use it to see those fuckdrivers then you will also be affected thus painting a negative view.

A tool is a tool if people use it as such.
A hammer is a hammer if people use it as one
A hammer ceases being one if someone decides to use it to kill someone.

Twitter is no different.

Just because some cretins and lowlifes decide to use twitter to air their filth, this does not inherently make twitter a bad place.

That's cool, do you remember what you talked about? I don't like Twitter either, primarily due to its ridiculous limitation on messages, but it's nice how it allows you to interact and/or keep track of people who might normally be outside of one's reach.

yeah I briefly mentioned how important Doom was to my young gaming life, and how to this day Doom remains the first game I ever install on any PC I have ever owned. :)

So I have been using my new Twitter account a little bit. It's okay, I guess. All I'm going to use it for is gaming-related stuff anyway and there's certainly no personal info used. I also finally came up with a suiting banner, although it had to be slightly cropped for the site afterwards.
