It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I really like the design and the filters are very much needed. But I am having some trouble viewing the game pages in a mobile device (particularly in landscape mode). The first image in the gallery covers all the screen and makes it almost impossible to navigate. It's also unusually hard to slide one picture to see the next one (in portrait mode as well).

Anyone else seeing something like this? I'm on Android, using Samsung Internet.
Regarding autoplaying (and also offering controls again), wishlist doesn't work so little point for it, but just in case...

As for the redesign otherwise, yeah, well, they still are set on it not working in one browser, eh? On top of what you can see is missing, clicking stuff does nothing. Search icon, edition pulldown, wishlist button and even add to cart button, so no way to purchase even, which you'd think a commercial site would pay particular attention to make sure it'll work in anything.

paladin181: Also, reviews for different editions of the SAME game are not combined, meaning that different editions are STILL separate product codes (stupid) and that important reviews may be missed or buried.
Yah, that needs fixing for sure

TentacleMayor: Please, please no video autoplay. Or at least give an option to permanently turn it off.

Regards, anyone with a data cap.
I'm sooooooo TOTALLY behind this request. No autoplay. At all.
I also dislike auto-playing videos and I wish they would disappear from the Internet, and/or that web browsers should disallow such auto-playing by default. Even if there's no sound, such video is a distraction and wastes bandwidth and CPU resources.

I don't even like auto-playing videos on sites like YouTube, where the video is the main point of the site.

There's been times when I would look up a news article (for example) in order to post a link on the forum, but choose not to post the link because of auto-playing video with audio.

Same, even without audio. If stuff autoplays, I'd rather stay away and not inflict it upon others either.

Damn, autoplay video is really bad idea. Also I don't like that the title of any game is now at the bottom of the screen it is not comfortable.
I like most of the new features, but I do NOT like the autoplaying videos. Please, please for the love of God get rid of this, or at least add an option to block it.

Also, browsing now in Chrome the 'add to cart/wishlist' box seems misaligned - it's partially covering up the video at the top. I've turned off Barefoot Essentials for the moment so that isn't the issue.

I'm not a fan of the new setup. Making everything significantly larger means more work to find the sections I care about (screen shots, description). This looks like it was designed for mobile, but I suspect it is going to load even slower than the previous version on mobile. I haven't actually tried that out yet, though.

I'm adding a vote for "Disable the auto-play". I shouldn't need to try and hit that 'x' to turn the thing off. Make it opt-in, not opt-out.

Also, I'm not a fan of needing to click the screenshots to get a larger version. I prefer the previous version with the magnified window that could then be enlarged further for better clarity.

Making the System Requirements more prominent was probably a good idea.

The review system overhaul shows some real promise. I'll miss seeing the filled/not-filled stars; they processed faster than a numerical fraction does. The fraction looks like it will be a little more precise, though (ex., 4.x/5, instead of either 4 or 4.5 starts filled).

Always liked GOG interface more than steam, but now both looks bad for me.

To me, adding an option to block it isn't good enough; they need to be blocked *by default*.

Hmm.. somewhat mixed opinions on it so far.
Kind of feels like a lot of elements became needlessly large.
The new review section is pretty neat though.

Agreed with he notion that autoplay needs to go.
Would personally also not mind some sections to be collapsible, especially the comparison matrices for different editions. (Seriously, they're ridiculous for some games)

Exactly. Also the only way to have them blocked when not signed in, and for example for anyone just coming to the site, including maybe someone an existing user sends a link to.

I agree, it really should be. Also, what the hell is up with showing number of games owned on the review? Didn't we already go through this when they first brought in profiles? I notice that my review of Helldorado seems to have disappeared from the game page; this had BETTER NOT be because I chose not to make my profile public.

Fully backing this one. Well, assuming the review section would work at all for me, but tried in Vivaldi and saw it there. Oddly though, couldn't find any of my reviews anymore, after having just submitted a few recently.

Oh, others experiencing this too. Interesting... Can we find some common things between these vanishing reviews? Was it also large? Or submitted recently?
