As right now I'm not really interested myself, in case someone is wants to get one of those games, here they go:

X4 Foundations -30% OFF: 3UWYHV9JM42GHKFKXP
Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales -60% OFF: CUSPZB2KSO3DQDUDDM

Discounts expire in about 44 hours. I don't know if they are one-time only or can be used by several people.
Enjoy!
And I was about to create similar topic. :)

Not that I don't want those games, but currently I have way more than I can possibly play, even if we had 48 hours in a day and I had no need to do anything else, so here are my codes.

X4 - 3UWYUCD6MK4BUFC7YT

Thronebreaker - CUSPF1SHBDSU0U33I1

Copy-paste from e-mail:

"Please be sure to finish EACH purchase separately before leaving the checkout page, otherwise, your codes will expire.

The offer ends on October 12th, 2019 at 1 PM UTC."
If anyone wants it.
X4: 3UWY63ECLBVE9NRZTS
You should probably mention this part too.

"they are available only to our newsletter subscribers who own The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Descent: Freespace Battle Pack or Freespace 2."

Quoted straight from the email

So this is an actual thing that they give discounts to newsletter peeps? I've grown distrustful thanks to the internet so I'm just making sure.

Yep, this is legit.
It feels like these offers occur more than once per week. For me, buying through this channel is annoying (not simply checking GOG.com) and spam-ish (used only once?).

The hidden discount offers are more frustrating: Not shown where a target area stretches even after clicking it, regional locked games included and once one hits the checkout page, the code is already marked as used even if the purchase doesn't get completed.

The-Business: spam-ish
It's not when you can just disable it: https://www.gog.com/account/settings/subscriptions

Yes, there are again 2 emails with discounts, one for Diablo which does not tell you how much it is discounted, and an "egg-hunt" email which does not even tell you which games are discounted. A waste of time and quite annoying. There seems to be no tracking thread for these discounts, so I guess not too many people care about them.

I don't know if they need a tracking thread when it's such a small number of discounts to begin with, but there is a thread for them otherwise here.
It would be less vexing if the captchas came after you saw what the code was for.
For accounts who purchased content in the past, there should be no captcha at all.

That would defeat the purpose of the captcha. They don't want you to brute Force codes.

As eiii said, in the Diablo newsletter only the size of the discount was hidden; the name of the game was in the e-mail. So the 'egg hunt' thing looks like a pure design choice.

It isn't the first time they've done it that way either, so it's definitely by design. It just so happened to coincide with Easter so they could theme it accordingly.
