GOG takes a 30% cut on its normal games sold through its own store.
But probably GOG negotiated to take a much a smaller cut of EGS' games sold via Galaxy. We don't know what that number is.
I don't see why EGS would agree to give GOG a 30% cut of its games. I find that proposition to be extremely unlikely.
Then again, I don't know why EGS agreed to this deal at all. We need some games journalist to anonymously dig out some insider information about the details of these matters before we will be able really to understand exactly what is going on here.
