It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

When I know click the 'Library' link at the bottom of the GoG web pages, it instead takes me to the generic games page. When I try to go through my account, it only shows me game updates. i am attempting to find some of the game serials, for registering on their respective developers forums, but cannot seem to do so. Where did this information move to?>

Most of the time you have to click on a game title in your library and then open drop-down menu called More. One of positions there is Serial keys, assuming there are any for a given game. For some titles you'll have to contact Support in order to receive a key.

GOG Galaxy never show serial keys, you have to use a normal web browser to do it.
This is a known bug for years, but GOG never fix it.

As stated, when I try to bring up the library, it simply brings me to the store.

Just to make sure, are you talking about the My Library link under the My Account header, the right most column at the bottom?

I just tried it in Firefox 59 and it worked fine for me. Dropped me to my personal library.

Can you hover over the link and make sure it's pointing to:

https://www.gog.com/account

If not, what is it pointing to?
