CarrionCrow: Damn, you're running faster than I am. Right now I'm trying to decide which one to play first.

animalmother2105: Well, I am asking that myself while wnating to see the next batch...:D
Understandable. Trying to budget for game releases that haven't happened yet in between trying to budget for two sales that have yet to occur.
Kinda regretting selling my crystal ball for more game money right now....
GOG!!!!!!!

thank you GOG. Thank you Disney/Lucasfilm.

I am sorry I ever doubted you. I was wrong.

I look forward to revisiting the awesomeness and seeing what else appears in the coming months.

Congrats on hosting the digital debut of the 3 games in question. Definitely awesome.

When I saw the announcement I hoped it will be this. I literally shit myself in excitement when it was confirmed, I mean, Tie Fighter, X-Wing, Monkey Island... Damn, it's so awesome, soon probably my favourite Monkey Island 2 and later Grim Fandango, Dark Forces, not to mention X-Wing vs Tie Fighter on Galaxy multiplayer (I hope), bring it GoG and thank you a thousand times!

AWESOME news. Thank you, GOG. You've helped me rediscover why I loved PC gaming, and now I'm passing that love down to my kids. My 7 year old is going to flip out when I put him "in the cockpit" of an X-Wing.
This is some of the best news...EVER!!

I don't know which one to buy/play first. I really, really hope they release Monkey Island 3, that would be the bees knees.

Thank you GOG, this is super amazing of you.
Now all I need to do is dig up the old flight stick, because X-wing and Tie don't work without one if I remember correctly. Hope we see X-wing: Alliance and X-wing vs. Tie-fighter soon as well.
Only classics huh? Well, looks like hype has turned expectations to crap but I guess it was expected.

I will probably end up buying all of the classic LucasArts adventures, though I'm not sure why, since I already have legit copies of all of them except Zak McKracken.

I'd love to play Episode I Racer again.

This is a beautiful post. I don't yet have kids, but when I do, I will follow in your footsteps. They will also only ever watch Indiana Jones 1-3 and the original Star Wars trilogy. They will be disowned if I see Jar Jar or that stupid little kid (or indeed Hayden Christensen) masquerading as Anakin Skywalker.

CharlesGrey: At least it seems entirely possible now, that they'll sooner or later release other Disney stuff here.

redrain85: They may be saving the news of Disney titles for a separate announcement, and are focusing on LucasArts for now. Since they're the titles in greatest demand.

But, who knows. Let's all cross our fingers and hope. :)

I get the feeling Disney decided to divvy up their catalog between Steam and GOG, initially. With Steam getting the Disney titles exclusively for a while, and GOG getting LucasArts exclusively for a while. Then, eventually, the exclusives of each will cross over to the other.
this sounds like it is what they did. Except for Tron 2.0, it seems GOG got the better deal. There is justice in the universe after all. GOG really deserves this, and I'm already counting how much money is flying out of my wallet.
