4thDown: Far from relevant, this is it for me. Under the new abusive GOG terms, I won't jeopardize my games. They can suck their rules and I doubt someone will miss my irrelevant posts here LOL.

mrkgnao: Can you please elaborate a bit for people like me who didn't bother to read the rules? Which rules specifically are you referring to?
I don't want. Same as GOG isn't open to our comments in this forum about it. Vain GL to you posting here:

I should note: Season Pass is included in the Deluxe Ed, for like $1 more. That's the way to go, to collect everything EG2.

4thDown: Fanatical has a DRM-Free Bethesda Games sale providing GOG keys.
I don't think you get a GOG key, just the game added directly to your library.

At least for me it says (e.g. of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus):
"This title is delivered as GOG DRM [sic]. Your game will activate directly on www.gog.com. You will not reveive [sic] a GOG key."

You're right Mr. That's the same legend that the few titles I tried have and the link for more details redirects to the customer service main page, nothing is clarified. I fully retract my post. Good luck with their shady sale

That's to be expected since GOG introduced the account linking feature. It allows GOG to cooperate with other trusted 3rd-party sellers without ever giving out keys anymore, thus no risk of these keys getting stolen etc and ending up on shady reseller sites. Humble Bundle already uses the account linking API. And Amazon will probably follow soon because of a) the cloud gaming deal with GOG and b) they (Amazon) support similar account linking for the Epic Game Store and Ubisoft too I think.

Just fyi, a Fanatical rep posted about the sale in the GOG subreddit

https://www.reddit.com/r/gog/comments/1c1gs0f/bethesda_deals_in_fanatical/
Fanatical
- return-to-castle-wolfenstein-gog
- quake-iv-gog

(X) Will not activate in Germany
Dang it! They respect GOG's geo-blocking policy.
Where is that charming level of incompetence when you need it? ;-)

(Yeah, yeah. I already know about VPNs, gift codes, etc. Thanks.)
edit: links removed

Hey y'all! If you've got an Amazon Prime subscription, they've got Gog keys for the Tomb Raider (2013) and Lego Star Wars III. :D
Not a promotion or endorsement, just an info for those interested:

FireFlower Games, a very small DRM-free digital games shop, is currently running their Summer Sale, but only for another 3 days.

For unknown reasons, the corresponding sales page is a bit hidden. On the main page, click on "Sales" in the top menu. Find the Category "Summer Sale 2024" on the new page. Expand it by clicking on "View All".

They have some games that are not available on GOG such as the (ex-Sierra published) "Gold Rush!" series, Al Emmo and also rather itch.io-level niche stuff, some even free. Some games are available for Mac and Linux platforms as well.
Once you buy/ add stuff to you account, it is a simple matter of downloading a ZIP or installer file.
