Hello everyone :)

Today we'll release a new functionality to our checkout - a dedicated place to enter promotional codes!

As you can probably guess, we'll be able to generate and distribute special codes, which you'll be then able to enter at the checkout window to get even better deals.

This gives us awesome opportunities for future promotions and you can expect to see and use such codes during upcoming events on the platform.

Note: newsletter redeem codes will still work the same way - we're not abandoning those.

Many payment methods will send you to a different domain (not under gog's control) immediately after this checkout page, so no. This page seems like a very logical and sensible place for updating your order with a promo code.

Seems good GOG. Congrats!

Hoping you guys figure something out and don't focus only on Twitch drops, as many other companies do.
Not because I don't enjoy them, mind you, GOG's Twitch streams are good.
...But not everyone has the time to watch 2~4 hour streams for exclusive high discount code drops.

Deduced you guys would focus on Twitch drops because Amazon and GOG are working so much together nowadays that this is possibly guaranteed to happen. I also understand that as a company, you guys will focus on social media platforms like X, as this is obviously used as a propaganda tool too.

Anyway, here wishing you guys will reward your active forum community too with those codes/drops.
Forum events dropping codes for active members would be nice, for example.

(This is a feature that will serve no purpose for anyone except those few that happen to be right there when once in a while during a sponsored Twitch stream a code is dropped. For the rest of us, this will go totally unnoticed. Unless this is posted in the forums or somehow gets picked up by apps/websites collecting coupons and rebate codes. After that, GOG will have to protect this new system against abuse, lol.)
