Orangepixel games are actually quite good, even Breja would love them, if he were able to ignore his own red flags ;)

Wow, Heroes of Loot is from 2015. Some of these are from around the same time too. Nice to see some old "what look like" indies show up.

But surely they've had discounts on Steam ... ...

Gog probably forgot the discounts again. I gotta wonder if it's intentional to try to get those initial sales at full price or if it's incompetence. Not a good way to do business either way.

Happened to me with Mad Max. Didn't mind paying the full price but it dropped a few hours later by a lot.

Oh dear, those do have the look of half-rate Flash games you'd find on Armor games.

Realm of the Mad God at least let you Zerg Rush with a rambunctious group and is getting a massive overhaul, it seems.

I get the same feeling.

Between that and what was done with Sail Forth (they sell base game, then sell base game + dlc bundled up together few weeks later with no way to get dlc separately), I think I'll become more shameless about using their 30 days refund policy.

If you release a base game, the civilized thing to do is to make future dlcs purchasable separately.

And the civilized wait period to give a large discount for a game that was released without one is about 3 months.
