I am required for my class to make a presentation on a company and include certain information. I decided to use GOG so that way at least my classmates will know about this company. Unfortunately, I have no clue how to get the info I need so I thought I'd put the things I need here and hope someone will give me a hand or point me in the right direction. If a blue reads something it is correct, but has no links, I'd appreciate it if they could just repost the message so the message counts as a quality reference. And no, unfortunately the great WIKI doesn't count as a quality source. Some of the things I can get from the cdprojekt site. Without further ado, here are the things I need.
Mission or Vision statement
Company statistics (# of employees, locations, etc.)
Who are the firm’s major competitors (top 3)? (besides steam, and yes even if there is a gap in size it still can count)
Distribution issues, if applicable
Promotional strategies (advertising, personal selling, word-of-mouth, etc.) (I only learned about gog from someone on a forumn announcing one of the game giveaways. Afterwards for the past year I've only seen ONE add which mentioned GOG
Financial data over the past three-to-five years (e.g. 2012-2016) (Remember this is for GOG only, not all of cdprojekt)
Review of key management personnel
Brief profile of founder(s) and current CEO/President
Identify other key officers within the company (i.e. CFO, COO, CTO, etc.) (anyone important other than Oleg Klapovskiy and Piotr Karwowski)
SWOT analysis
What are the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses? (This is where you guys complain about the forumn. Also, I still don't know what the whole "this place is a deathtrap" thing was complaining about.)
What are its external opportunities and threats? E.g. political, economic, social, global, technological (besides the trolls)
