Gog says please type above this line to confirm you would like the money converted in your wallet...in an email... But there's no way to type above whatever line i just replied to the email which replied to the ticket...But now nothing happened? Does this take a while or did they forget me? Help

If you replied to everything they sent you, they should probably have gotten your info. Soon an actual person will contact you.

Remember that GOG is based in Poland and right now it late into the night there and its the weekend so you will likely hear back from them at the earliest monday morning.

just wait they will get back to you. I would advise waiting about a week or so as that seems where things sit for support.
