Which game are you talking about and what have you downloaded so far?

RCT is quite small there should only be one file to download. Are you sure it was downloaded fully without errors? What is the file name? The file should be around 360 MB big.
You could check the digital signature to make sure it was downloaded without errors. Try downloading it again if the signature fails to verify because that means the file is damaged or if you are not sure.

also ask your ISP if you're connected through a VPN or proxy server, or if they've block any eastern-european IPs or servers? if you have trouble even downloading anything from gog's website it might be an ISP problem. using the GOG Downloader might help, but if you cant even download that... well, check with your ISP.

When you have installed the client, you log in with your GOG-account and you should find your library as usual. Click on RCT and click on Install. The client will now download and install the game for you. When this is done, you can run the game as usual.

generally speaking, you mouse over "ACCOUNT", you click Library, you click your game's square, the thing pops up, and on the left under downloads click the name, then the window pops up saying to save file, then you click save file. then double click where the file saved to. so if you saved it on Desktop then double click it on your Desktop.
otherwise, you could try right clicking the name on the left, and clicking "Save Link As" and then saving it to your Desktop.
if you're not familiar with stuff enough to do this, then download and install Galaxy (as others have said), it might make things easier for you.
I highly doubt Linux. but we might be dealing with a Mac situation.

That would be quite impressive since it is a Windows-only game.

Ah yes. I haven't had my fourth cup of coffee yet. So I'll let you walk them through the Wine setup. :)
