Never played it but you likely can by deleting the saves, wherever they are. And iirc, it's compatible with ScummVM, so I'd suggest playing Myst on it, as saves generated by ScummVM seem to behave far more consistently than saves from Windows programs someone tries at random, and are easier to manage due to that.
