That's a bad guess.Most alts were eliminated when the two step verification was introduced.

No, practically confirmed cases (I deleted an additional case that I'm only close to confirming). One of those two recently demonstrated how to create six new alts in five minutes, just to taunt the people in one thread, the other has been hovering in the 500 to 512 rep range for a month even though seven of his posts get low rated daily.

Not that I want to give you any ideas. :)
