You may, of course, call them anything you wish. But for the sake of understanding each other, I would propose that the engine used shouldn't factor in to how one refers to the game itself.
Sure, there probably aren't many "AAA"
games running on RPG Maker, RenPy, or Unity (though the latter seem to be getting more traction lately), but lately some "AAA"
engines have got lower prices specifically in order to become more viable alternatives for indie developers (that usually don't have as much funding as "AAA" developers).
