I am facing a serious problem, my games just disappeared from my general library, the profile indicates the right number of games but I can not see in the download list, I tried to use the refresh link and nothing, support does not answer me already has more 24 hours.

Does anyone know of another solution?

Are you sure you're in your library, and not your user profile? Because there's no way to download games from your profile page(s).

it's likely a recurring bug on GOG. He actually done that by himself.

Often when this happens there are a few root causes:

1) you are logging into the account with a different email address to the one you used to by the games, and thus a different account.

2) You have bought games from a key reseller site, and they have been revoked. GOG's stats on how many games you own may not have been updated yet.

3) You're looking in the wrong place and it's a simple UI issue, but you seem to know your way around GOG.

4) GOG have screwed up. It does happen, and previously we've had incidents where username collision has resulted in some strange behaviour. In this particular case be patient, though now the weekend is approaching then unless there's someone around it will likely not be dealt with until Monday.

I didn't apply, the ones don't even appear in the achievement list 4) I will definitely wait. Support answered me just now, they are analyzing the situation.

Are you using any sort of adblockers? What does it say in your Orders page?

You profile page says you have four games. Could you - for testing reasons - set your game page to public? Unless the games you have are HuniePop, Softcore Adventure and LSL:MGM, then I would understand not making this public... ;-)

Also, what happens if you add some of the free games on GOG to your account?

The order page doesn't appear either, not even my order number exists :(
So only my profile indicates, but on the download and purchase pages, it simply doesn't exist. The only free game I have is Witcher 3 Goty, as it was given to me when I bought the full original.

No offense , but did you buy your games directly from the Gog store or from a key reseller site ?

Try using a different browser, or even a different computer, just to make sure whether it's a GOG issue or something with your end.
