So only my profile indicates, but on the download and purchase pages, it simply doesn't exist. The only free game I have is Witcher 3 Goty, as it was given to me when I bought the full original.
Your game list empty from the outside too (although it says 4 games at the top even now). Hope support can fix this.

Since they got the Witcher 3 GOTY for free because they previously bought Witcher 3 plus the two expansions I guess it's all bought here.

I bought them straight from gog.com. I have email and order number. If you look at my profile, it will indicate 4 games, but you won't be able to see any or only Witcher 3 Goty.

as said, it's possible it's on GOG only problem.

This looks like the well known "games disappear in account for no reason" problem. Support should be able to fix it.

I have seen many more threads like this.
It's been 5 days and I got no response from support other than a standard message. I'm very disappointed with GOG...

He wasn't talking about your games, but about your support message. Sometimes it helps to directly send a chat message to one of the blues to get a quicker response.

Ok, but consider that 3 of those 5 days were holidays.
(why do people always forget about that?)
Well guys.

After much insistence, the support began to answer me.

Apparently there was a bug in the purchase, I was charged, but the games returned ... The solution was to give me a refund.

Anyway, thanks to everyone in the community for their attention.
