Witcher 3 is several gb in size over several files. You need to have downloaded all the parts for the game to install, not just one part.
Just checked w3 goty is 34gb over 10 files.

nightcraw1er.488: Witcher 3 is several gb in size over several files. You need to have downloaded all the parts for the game to install, not just one part.
Still, Galaxy should -if I understand correctly- just resume the download if it was interrupted, not restart from the beginning. The exception possibly being if it happened to be updated in the meantime.

Part 1 is just 33mb, so it likely failed in part 2, it may be that "re-download it all" just meant continue downloading. Will see if op can clarify.

Are you guys certain he is downloading the offline installers with Galaxy, and not the "Galaxy-version" (by clicking on the install button)? I presume the Galaxy-version doesn't get downloaded in parts, like the offline installer.

No idea either way why the download would restart from the beginning.
