i did the refresh too, multiple times.

this is totally messing with me. see, i quite like buying games here, in fact it's one of my favorite things.

the problem is that until that game returns to my account or at the very least we can get a public response in regard to the account issues we've been seeing/having i'm honestly a bit afraid to spend my money.

Same thing happening to me. Newly purchased games are in the middle of the pack(?!) I thought I was going insane!
Gog we love you but you have to fix this. Its messing with my brain.

At the very least, his post confirms that Softporn being yanked from users' accounts is a bug rather than a deliberate removal.

yeah, the response i got from support yesterday seemed indicate that it was a bug of some sort, but the fact that it hasn't officially been addressed in such a way that indicates a forthcoming solution has me a bit buggered insofar as buying games here is concerned. i don't want to buy a $60+ game, have it vanish, and have no recourse except waiting on gog staff's investigation of the matter.

About GOG dealing with their library being completely broken - I've contacted support. Yes, they know there is a problem; and no, they have absolutely no idea when will they fix it. You can contact them too, but I'm sure you'll get the same answer.

As far as Softporn Adventures are concerned, I have backup of game and all the goodies. I'll upload it in the future for everyone if it turns out that they removed it for good.

Nonsense... Galaxy users are also affected by this botched sorting bug.

Now remember, everyone - If indeed my post was the first one to point out the issue; this has been going on for 14 days.

Certainly it should not have appeared in the first place and I am not happy with the communication style or rather silence, but I am happy that it works again. I understand you are quite angry about your disappeared game, I would be quite bothered as well. Good luck with the recovery.

Sorting by title works now works for me as well. Sorting by purchase date also appears to be working, but I'll have to check it for 100% confirmation. Interesting thing to notice is that automatic "New" tag doesn't exist anymore.

Also, Softporn Adventure is still missing.
It is (was?) part of LSL bundle, but it's shown in library as separate game.

My collection sorted by tags seems to be in order now, yay! :)

As for the Wishlist, it's is not the same order as before, but when I refresh the page it doesn't change, so maybe it's fixed but the games will remain now in a different order. (EDIT: Never mind, it is indeed the same order as before, I just forgot to change the "sort by" to the way I had it before the bug messed things up. So, happily, the Wishlist is back to normal too.)

Sweet! I can happily report that my games are indeed sorting properly by title again. Phew!

My apologies if our continued griping was getting obnoxious; we just wanted to make sure we were being heard.

The "New" tag is still showing on my newest purchases. The tag has always been fickle about the criteria that causes it to appear. I am very curious what the actual algorithm is that dictates when it goes away. Regardless, it is still appearing for me.

Imo the "New" disappears if you click on the game in the library at least one, so that it shows the download links. Not immediately, but afterwards the "New" disappears. Not sure how much time in takes but should be less than one day.
