Which games are you trying to log into? As far as I know there shouldn't be any games where you have to log in to your GOG account. Is this an issue with galaxy?
Use the offline installers and forget about that flummoxing piece of kit.
1.Press Ctrl+PrtScr to take a screen-shot of the login message you are getting
2. Paste it into MS Paint and save the image
3. Post it to the GOG person doing your support
4. Also post it here, someone here may understand what the problem is
What game do you need a login for?

You are most obviously already logged in. Hover on your profile icon, click on games, then post a screenshot of that site.

There is one game which has an Epic Games' log-in pop up on a startup in newer versions, called "SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated." I do not know if that's the case, confused.

Well, your games are here, as far as I can see.

Are you using Galaxy?
Don't use Galaxy. Use the offline installers, instead.

In the top bar, left of your account's name, there's a tab named "Support".
Click on that, select the topic you think fits best (I chose "Account and Website" in my example).
In the new window, there's a drop down menu (English (US), click on that and choose "Deutsch" (see attachment).

I don't know if that's true, but there is at least a German-language forum.
