Maybe his account was hacked, then he contacted the support for a refound and they answered it's not possible because there were only gift (not refoundable)?

why is no one else asking why his "new" account is not registered in Decemeber and has -14 rep? Why did you make your account to discuss your locked account with gog support BEFORE the issue happened??


I'd say maybe this happened in Nov, but that still doesn't explain the negative rep. ?

If an account no longer works = all the money you had paid are gone correct ?
If a site refuses to fix your distribution of digital goods, then i don't see other solution than a law case.
Not to mention gog can lose their domain too.
Problem is as long as you don't tell us your previous username, your story is not very believable.
