Space and Flight Sim/Shooter and other Sim
Theme Park is released and left the list. Star Wars: X-Wing: B-Wing now entered the list.
Freelancer now has more votes than Star Wars: X-Wing vs Tie Fighter.

Dune now has more votes than Discworld.

RPG
Diablo now has more votes than The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Diablo 2 jumped from number 7 to number 4.
Knights of the Old Republic now has more votes than Final Fantasy VII.

RTS/Turn Based Strategy
Homeworld 2 now has more votes than X-COM: UFO Defense (UFO Enemy Unknown).
Age of Mythology now has more votes than Warcraft II.

Action/Platformer/Puzzle... I understand why you did that, but still....
The shooter list is okay, I would really like Vietcong up there, but whatever. I would like all of those games on GOG.

Space and flight sim is a little odd to me. I might be showing my age, but I would have thought Rogue Squadron would have placed somewhere. I agree with most all of the RPG list except for the FF games and Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. But, this is a list of most requested games, and not everyone is me (unless we count those clones the army made of me to test performance enhancing drugs, but they only make up .02% of the total world population. Not everyone, not yet anyway.)
Goodness, I just realized how old this thread is...

I haven't heard much good about Shellshock, honestly. And, from the gameplay I saw, it didn't impress me much there either. Maybe it's better than it seems? The second one actually looked okay for maybe ten bucks.

The Shellshock game I had listed is actually much different from the "Shellshock Nam '67" game. Shellshock for DOS is a very rare but fun tank game. The game runs in a first person perspective. I only played a demo, but I've been looking for the full version of Shellshock forever. It would be really cool if GOG could get it!

Nice thread and interesting to monitor the movement in the most requested games. I seem to spend about the same amount of time researching games, mainly reviews and youtube gameplay, as I do actually playing them. This thread will significantly tip the balance to research over gameplay.

Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed now has more votes than The Need for Speed: Special Edition.

Shooter
Quake now has more votes than Aliens vs Predator 2.
Quake II entered the list, pushing Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast out.

Space and Flight Sim/Shooter and other Sim
Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance now has more votes than Star Wars: X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter: Balance Of Power Campaigns.

+ everything from Bethesda, Lucas Arts (Disney) and Microsoft, which makes the list a bit shorter.

Missing stuff, Superior Versions...
Tomb Raider 2: The Golden Mask and Tomb Raider 3: The Lost Artifact now have more votes than Duke Nukem Caribbean Life's A Beach.
Tomb Raider: Unfinished Business now has more votes than Neverwinter Nights: Pirates of the Sword Coast.
Duke Nukem 3D Kill-a-Ton Collection entered the list, pushing Duke: Nuclear Winter out.
