I thought I remembered GOG using this in a release thread not too long ago, but I couldn't find it in a cursory search...

I hate the term "hardcore". Those developers never get it right.

I pay good money for a hardcore game, but instead they give me some footage of naked people doing things to each other. WTF???

I saw a video the other day of some young "expert" gamers given a shot at the original Contra. Three hours later none of them had managed to get past the 1st level. Their biggest complaint was "This isn't fair." XD

"Indie" = small studio, hard working, underrated, limited resources

In reality = ugly graphics, unoptimized little crap that ran and looked better in nes era and very lazy developers who want money in the name of support before even developing the game

Not children only. Recently I launched some old NES game I played many years ago - Donald Duck. I kept dying to very first enemy. Mr. Nutz and Kamikaze Squirrel on SEGA didn't work that much better (Garfield didn't work well, like at all), I am surprised I had nerves to play such kind of games. I can only play Sonic and Tiny Toon Adventures from old platformer games :) For other games I need cheats :)

I used to dominate Mortal Kombat and now I'm helpless. I blame it on age and lost reflexes.
