Hi everyone,
I have an optimus laptop which has intel hd and dedicated graphics card. Morrowind is only seeking the intel hd card, I have tried force running the dedicated card through nvidia control panel but it still ran with intel hd. Is there another way to fix this problem with a mod or patch?

So you have an onboard graphics chip (Intel) and a nvidia graphics card installled, so why not disable the Intel graphics through control panel and let the nvidia take control, I.e.why have two graphics cards fighting it out?

I cant disable the integrated card because it is required in order for the Nv GPU to function

?? Never heard of a nvidia or other video card needing an onboard graphics card to work. Maybe I am missing something?

You could try using OpenMW?

ok so 2 things... your nvidia driver might be set to "power saver" mode or a few services might not be running:
1. NVIDIA Driver Helper Service (make sure its started and set to automatic)
2. NVIDIA Update Service Daemon (make sure its started and set to delayed automatic)

reboot and try again...

also right click the game icon and choose to run as "nvidia high performance" or whatever
