No, I already told you, the sheriff in the folktale was collecting illegal taxes. You are from Russia, you know very what what corrupt officials are, no need for lengthy explanations. And yes, if someone doesn't like the laws they are free to move to another land. You, however, are not advocating that, you advocate thievery. A crime.

So why not just play the PS4 version until the PC one gets a discount you agree with? Or sell the PS4 version?

Man, just leave him be. I've learnt there is really no reasoning with these kind people. I suspect the only way he'll learn is if some Robbing Hood breaks into his car to steal a wallet he left there or pickpockets his phone, because hey he's got thousands of dollars so it's okay to steal from him... But even then it's doubtful.

To REALLY push your PC to its limit, you could try to run your existing PS4 version... on a PS4 emulator!
