Got two more.

Lucius -> Uncle vs maid, and later peep on the maid in the bathtub. The first one gets you a game over if you walk in on them, so some technique is required. =P

Harvester -> the infamous peephole behind the bathroom mirror.

Watching Meryl through the vent in Metal Gear Solid, sending pictures of pinup girls to Otocon in Metal Gear Solid 2, peeking through the keyhole while Callista takes a bath in Dishonored, the guard leering at you and Triss (well alright, mostly Triss but I’d like to think I was getting in on some of that action) who reluctantly leaves as slowly as possible in The Witcher 2, the Easter Egg from SiN where you can watch the main villain pleasure herself in a hot tub

The elven baths scene in TW2 is also pure gold, the way Triss undresses is just epic. Even Geralt gets stumped for second there. ;)

damn as i was playing re4 on ps2 i tried, but was not nearly as successful as that guy in the linked video. but this could be through new textures in the hd pc version. anyway can you remember about similar situations in other games?
